How did you come up with the idea for Yespark? 

When I moved to Paris, I realised that it was very difficult to find a parking space. Anytime I came back from work, I’d waste my time trying to find a secure space for my car. When I made the decision to rent a parking space for my own peace of mind, things didn’t get any simpler. Indeed, real estate agencies were always asking for more documentation or paperwork to fill, and charging increasingly expensive agency fees and deposits... I was so disappointed that I decided to launch Yespark with my associate, Charles, to help drivers rent secure parking spaces quickly and conveniently.

Can you explain your concept in a few words?

Thanks to Yespark, you can now rent a parking space easily, in a matter of seconds, from the comfort of your home. All you need is a smartphone and our mobile app. You can create an account, access all our parking spaces, manage your subscription and even open your garage door with our app. Indeed, our app can be used as a digital remote to access the parking space. You don’t need a car park badge anymore, your smartphone is enough.

What are the main benefits of renting a parking space on Yespark? 

Yespark offers benefits that you won’t find anywhere else. For example, you can rent a parking space monthly, with no obligation nor prior notice. That means you can cancel your subscription anytime, with no cancellation fee. We also offer a 2 days trial to test the parking space before you subscribe. Furthermore, we have parking spaces across France, which makes it very easy to find one near your home, wherever you live. Finally, our customer service team is available 24/7, and you can call them over the phone or contact them via email whenever you need assistance, whether it’s for an emergency or for a commercial inquiry.

How can we benefit from Yespark’s services?

Anybody can subscribe to a Yespark parking space, anytime. It doesn’t matter if you’re an individual or a business. You just need to own an Android or iOS smartphone to download our app. Once you’ve downloaded it, you can create an account by entering a valid email address, your licence plate number and a valid bank card number. 

Is it secure? Do you offer any guarantees?

Yespark’s parking spaces are of the highest quality, and totally secure. Only subscribers can get in, thanks to our door unlocking system via the app. Furthermore, a security guard is generally present to keep an eye on the parking space, and there are CCTV cameras too. 

Can anybody lease their parking space? 

For the time being, we only work with social landlords who own big underground car parks in private properties across France. Therefore private individuals can’t rent their parking spaces via Yespark.

What’s the big priority for Yespark in the near future? 

We’d like to continue expanding at the same rate as we did since the inception of Yespark. That means we’re constantly looking for levers of development. They’re very diverse and varied, and could range from international expansion, to the offering of new services. We don’t set limits to what we can do.

Finally, what makes you really proud 4 years after the start of your venture? 

Being happy to go to work every morning is the most important thing for me. I’m very proud to see our team grow and become more fulfilled. I’m also very excited by all the challenges still ahead and can’t wait to tackle them.
