Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: 

This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of YourParkingSpace, their immediate families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition.

Entry Period: 

The competition begins on 06.06.2024 and ends at 11:59 PM GMT on 17.06.2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered

How to Enter:

  • To enter, comment in 20 words or less where in the UK you would 'Go' on this trip and why.
  • Entries must be submitted via the official competition post on Facebook.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed.

Winner Selection:

  • One winner will be selected based on the creativity and originality of their entry.
  • The decision of the judging panel is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Prize:

  • The winner will receive a cash value of £250.
  • The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • The prize must be redeemed within 7 days from the date of the winner's announcement.

Winner Notification:

  • The winner will be notified via comment reply on Facebook within 7 days of the competition closing date.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited.

Privacy: 

By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection, retention, and usage of their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winner.

Publicity: 

The winner agrees to participate in any reasonable publicity required by YourParkingSpace, including the use of their name and entry in promotional materials.

General Conditions:

  • YourParkingSpace reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control.
  • YourParkingSpace is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or any other issues that may prevent participation.

Governing Law: 

The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
